Pottawattamie County Board of Review

The Assessor's Office accepts petitions to the Board of Review protesting 2026 assessed values from April 2 through April 30. Petitions should meet certain conditions detailed on the protest form available at both the Assessor's Office and here (protest form).

The Board of Review now accepts petitions via electronic filing. Petitions may be emailed to boardofreview@pottco.org. See the rules for electronic filing (PDF).
